Directed by Carlos Brooks, Burning Bright is a high-concept thriller that takes the "locked room" subgenre to a terrifying extreme. The story follows Kelly (Briana Evigan), a young woman who discovers that her stepfather has purchased a Bengal tiger for his "safari ranch" and, due to a hurricane, has boarded up the house.
However, when a massive hurricane strikes the small town, Kelly and Tom find themselves trapped inside the house with the ravenous beast. With the windows boarded up for the storm and the tiger stalking the hallways, Kelly must fight to keep herself and her brother alive against nature's ultimate predator.
