Incorrect base ISO version. The patch was built for the original release (V1.0). If you have the "Best Price" reprint or a modified ISO, it fails. Fix: Find a clean "Kamen Rider Super Climax Heroes [JP] [ULJS-00386]" ISO. Do not use a pre-patched download.
