The movie follows the story of Yong-shik (played by Park Bo-gum), a kind-hearted and innocent man who is wrongly convicted of a crime and sentenced to life in prison. However, instead of being sent to a regular prison, he's sent to a mental institution where he meets a group of eccentric and lovable cellmates. As Yong-shik adjusts to his new life, he learns to connect with his cellmates and discovers the true meaning of friendship and family.
