If there is a reason to watch Laxmii , it is Akshay Kumar. The actor dives headfirst into the role with zero inhibitions. His transformation from the grounded Asif to the menacing, sashaying Laxmii is a testament to his versatility. He commits to the eccentric body language and the exaggerated expressions, managing to be both funny and terrifying within the span of a single scene. The iconic "Bam Bhole" sequence is a visual treat and arguably the high point of the film.
Lakshmi is subjected to physical and mental torture, and his eyes are gouged out by Kailash. Despite the trauma, Lakshmi manages to escape and begins to plan his revenge.
