Open the V380 Pro app, tap the Device Settings (gear icon) on your camera feed.
Many new smart cameras look like V380 cameras but actually run on the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app. If your camera asks for a 4G or Wi-Fi password during setup via a popup window rather than sound waves, it is likely a Tuya device, not a V380 device.
