Press the Power button. Ensure you are not in a standby mode. The screen should display the current time, station name, or source (DAB, FM, Bluetooth).
If the screen is frozen or black, a hard reset is necessary: grundig gx-3800 factory reset code
To avoid needing the factory reset code again: Press the Power button
